Planning travel means trusting an advisor with personal details. This is what Skyring Travel collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you send an inquiry, by email or through our inquiry form, we receive what you choose to tell us: usually your name, email address, phone number and the details of the trip you have in mind.
When you book travel with us, we collect what is needed to make the reservations, such as the names, dates of birth, passport details, travel preferences and any dietary or accessibility needs of the people travelling.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, plan your trip, make and manage your bookings, and stay in touch with you about your travel. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
To book your trip we share the necessary details with the travel suppliers involved, such as hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and insurers, and with our host agency and consortium partners, Gifted Travel Network and Virtuoso. Each of them handles your information under its own privacy policy.
We also use service providers to run the business, such as email and travel-planning software. They process information on our behalf and only for that purpose.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, accounting and regulatory record-keeping as a registered seller of travel.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. California residents have these rights under California law. Email heather@skyringtravel.com and we will respond within 45 days.
